Identify and monitor tender opportunities from portals such as
GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, and private clients
Analyze tender documents to assess eligibility, scope, risks, and commercial feasibility
Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and operations teams for bid preparation
Prepare and compile
technical and commercial bid documents
Ensure compliance with tender requirements, formats, and deadlines
Handle online tender submissions and physical submissions where required
Prepare
EMD, BG, affidavits, declarations, and compliance sheets
Maintain a database of submitted tenders and track results
Manage clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and post-bid correspondence
Support negotiations and order finalization after bid opening
Maintain records for audits and future references
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of
tendering and bidding processes
Knowledge of
government procurement rules and e-tendering systems
Excellent documentation and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and deadline management
Proficiency in
MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools
Good written and verbal communication skills
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
Experience
3-10years
of experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal management
Experience with
GeM / Government tenders
preferred
