Job Description

We are looking for a

Tender Executive

to handle government and institutional tenders for

LED Screens / LED Video Walls

through the

GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal

. The role involves end-to-end tender management, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and analyze relevant tenders for

LED Screens, Video Walls, Digital Signage

on the

GeM portal

Manage

GeM bid participation

, including product mapping, BOQ creation, pricing, and online submission Prepare and submit

technical & commercial bids

as per tender requirements Upload, update, and manage

LED screen product listings

on GeM (indoor/outdoor screens, pixel pitch, size, brightness, etc.) Coordinate with technical and production teams for specifications, drawings, compliance documents, and costing Ensure compliance with tender requirements such as

pixel pitch, brightness (nits), refresh rate, IP rating, power consumption, warranty, and certifications

Track tender status, clarifications, L1 results, and bid outcomes Handle post-bid activities: order acceptance, contract generation, delivery schedules, and invoicing on GeM Maintain tender records, documentation, and MIS reports

Required Skills & Knowledge

Hands-on experience with

GeM Portal operations

Basic understanding of

LED Screen / LED Display technical specifications

Familiarity with government tender procedures and documentation Ability to read and interpret technical specifications Proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate with

minimum 6 months experience

in tendering or GeM operations Experience in

LED screens, AV solutions, digital signage, or electronics manufacturing

preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
