About the Role

Vatsplus Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive skilled in GeM Portal operations to manage end-to-end tendering activities for government procurement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bid documentation, vendor registration, tender search, and submission processes on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the GeM portal for product listings, catalogue management, bid participation, and order processing. Identify relevant tenders, RFPs, and bids from GeM and other government portals. Prepare and submit technical and financial bids as per tender specifications. Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents, pricing, and compliance data. Track tender status, clarifications, amendments, and result notifications. Ensure timely renewal of registrations, certificates, and documentation. Maintain accurate records of bids submitted, purchase orders, and contract agreements. Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and tender norms. Handle post-tender activities such as order acceptance, invoice upload, and contract follow-up

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the GeM Portal (mandatory). Understanding of government procurement rules, bid documentation, and tender lifecycle. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF compilation). Strong analytical and documentation skills. Ability to multitask and meet stringent deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in tendering, with at least 1 year of GeM portal
handling preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
