to manage end-to-end tendering activities, including documentation, bid submissions, coordination, compliance checks, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good analytical and communication skills, and prior experience in government or private tender processes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and identify relevant tenders through various portals and sources.
Study tender documents, analyze requirements, and prepare compliance checklists.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.
Prepare, compile, and organize tender documentation as per client requirements.
Ensure timely submission of bids (online/offline) with 100% accuracy.
Maintain tender records, trackers, MIS reports, and submission logs.
Handle queries related to tender documentation, pre-bid meetings, and follow-ups.
Assist in vendor registrations, empanelments, and renewal documentation.
Ensure adherence to company processes, confidentiality, and compliance norms.
Strong knowledge of e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
1-4 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or documentation roles.
