Roles & Responsibilities



Identify relevant government & private tenders across GEM, CPP, E-procurement portals, and OEM portals. Read and analyse tender documents including scope, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, and technical requirements. Prepare accurate tender documentation, technical bids, and financial bids as per tender guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, accounts, procurement) to gather required data and documents. Ensure timely submission of bids online/offline before deadlines. Track tender status: corrigendum updates, bid results, technical/commercial evaluations. Maintain tender records, documentation, EMD/BG tracking, and renewal of licenses/certificates. Communicate with departments for clarifications, vendor registrations, and submission follow-up. Prepare MIS reports: submitted tenders, won/lost analysis, pricing comparison. Ensure compliance with company policies and tender norms.

Required Skills



Strong knowledge of GEM portal & government procurement processes. Good understanding of documentation, compliance and financial terms. MS Office proficiency -- especially Excel, PDF editing & scanning tools. Attention to detail with strong coordination & communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and work under deadlines. Basic understanding of GST, MSME, EMD, BG, and tender-related terms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
