Track relevant tenders through government portals (e.g., GEM, CPPP, E-procure) and private websites.
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, design) to gather necessary documents and inputs.
Prepare, compile, and submit error-free technical and financial bids within deadlines.
Follow up with tender authorities for clarification, updates, and result announcements.
Maintain documentation of submitted tenders, pre-qualifications, and work orders.
Handle post-tender correspondence, contract finalization, and documentation.
Monitor the tender status, maintain trackers, and generate reports for management.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements in bid documents.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or Engineering preferred).
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in tender management or bid submission.
Skills:
Familiarity with GEM, e-Procurement portals, and bid documentation
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF editing)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task efficiently
Preferred:
Experience in media, events, or government e-marketplace projects.
