Handling product listings and updates on government e-procurement platforms, especially the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.
Preparing and organising required documentation for tender submissions.
Actively participating in government tenders - including bid preparation, submission, and follow-ups.
Coordinating with internal teams for pricing, technical details, and required approvals.
Maintaining records of tenders applied, won/lost status, and timelines.
Communicating with government departments or procurement officials for clarifications or submissions.
Skills Required:
Prior experience in GeM portal operations and government tendering portals s is a must.
Good understanding of tender documentation and procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
