Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage and oversee tender processes on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tenders in compliance with GEM regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Management:

Prepare and submit tenders and quotations on the GEM portal in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all required documentation is completed and uploaded correctly.

Bid Preparation:

Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documents for tender submissions. Prepare and review bid documents, proposals, and presentations.

Compliance:

Ensure all tenders comply with GEM guidelines and regulatory requirements. Keep abreast of changes in tendering procedures and policies.

Market Research:

Monitor GEM portal for new tender opportunities relevant to the company's products and services. Analyze and assess tender requirements and provide recommendations.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and related correspondence. Prepare and manage reports on tender activities and outcomes.

Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with vendors and suppliers as required for tender submissions. Address any queries or issues related to tenders.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure all aspects of the tender process are covered and aligned with company objectives.
