The

Tendering Executive

will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for projects and contracts, ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids, and contributing to the development of competitive proposals. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation, submission, and management of tenders and proposals. Ensure compliance with client requirements, tender specifications, and legal regulations. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions. Analyze tender documents and prepare detailed bid proposals. Develop technical and commercial proposals that meet client needs and align with company capabilities. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather information and clarify requirements. Work closely with engineering, finance, legal, and project management teams to ensure comprehensive bid submissions. Review and validate bid documents and proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness. Conduct bid reviews and obtain necessary approvals before submission. Maintain accurate records of all tendering activities and submissions. Prepare and present tendering reports to senior management. Assist seniors in tender estimation
