Qualification

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)

or

any Graduate

with relevant experience

Diploma holders

with strong tendering experience may also be considered Certification or training in

Contracts / Procurement / Project Management

is an added advantage

Experience

2-5 years

of experience in

tendering, bidding, or contracts

Experience in

construction / EPC / infrastructure / industrial projects

preferred Familiarity with

government, PSU, and private tenders

/ Roles & ResponsibilitiesTendering & Bidding

Identify and track

tender opportunities

from portals (GeM, CPPP, e-procurement, client portals, etc.) Study

tender documents, BOQ, specifications, drawings, and contract conditions

Prepare and submit

technical & commercial bids

within deadlines Coordinate with

engineering, planning, finance, procurement, and legal teams

for bid inputs

Costing & Documentation

Assist in

cost estimation, rate analysis, and BOQ preparation

Prepare

pre-qualification (PQ) documents

and compliance statements Ensure

100% compliance

with tender requirements and checklists Maintain tender records, bid files, and version control

Vendor & Client Coordination

Coordinate with

vendors and subcontractors

for quotations Communicate with

clients / consultants

for tender clarifications and pre-bid meetings Prepare and submit

clarifications, deviations, and addendums

Post-Tender Activities

Support

negotiations and order finalization

Assist in preparation of

contract agreements / LOI / LOA

Handover finalized tender documents to

project execution team

MIS & Reporting

Maintain

tender tracker, bid status, and success ratio

Prepare

management reports

on tenders submitted, won, and lost

Key Skills Required

Good knowledge of

tendering process & contract terms

Strong

documentation and coordination skills

Proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Basic understanding of

costing, BOQ, and project execution

Good

communication and time-management skills

Ability to work under

tight deadlines
