Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic
Tender Executive
to lead and manage end-to-end bid processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating complex proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and ensuring timely, high-quality bid submissions that align with our commercial and technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the entire bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to proposal submission.
Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) to understand client requirements and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Legal, Finance) to gather necessary inputs.
Write, edit, and format compelling proposals, executive summaries, and supporting documents.
Maintain a bid library with standard templates, case studies, and relevant content.
Ensure proposals meet company standards in terms of quality, branding, and positioning.
Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submissions.
Conduct post-bid reviews and maintain bid status reports and win/loss analysis.
Support continuous improvement of bid processes and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, LifeSciences, or related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in bid/proposal management.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of proposal automation tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Tender Management of Medical Products is preferred
Familiarity with government or enterprise procurement processes.
Should be well versed with GeM portal
