We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Tender Executive
to manage the end-to-end tendering process, including handling tenders on the
Government e-Marketplace (GeM)
portal. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and ensuring the successful submission of tenders to secure both government and private contracts.
Key Responsibilities:Tender Identification and Analysis:
Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities on platforms such as GeM, e-procurement portals, and private tendering platforms.
Analyze tender documents to understand eligibility criteria, scope of work, and submission requirements.
GeM Portal Management:
Register, maintain, and manage the company's profile on the GeM portal.
Search and bid on relevant GeM tenders aligned with the company's offerings.
Ensure compliance with GeM processes, terms, and conditions.
Tender Documentation and Submission:
Prepare comprehensive technical and financial proposals with complete documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required inputs.
Ensure timely submission on GeM and other tendering portals.
Pricing and Cost Analysis:
Collaborate with finance and technical teams to prepare cost-effective, competitive bids.
Formulate pricing strategies to improve win rates and maintain profitability.
Communication and Liaison:
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding tender clarifications.
Attend pre-bid meetings and brief the management team.
Post-Tender Activities:
Track the status of submitted bids and follow up as necessary.
Assist in contract negotiation and post-award documentation.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain organized records of all tender-related documents and submissions.
Generate performance reports for internal review and analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in tender management, including handling GeM tenders.
In-depth knowledge of GeM portal operations, government procurement procedures, and e-tendering workflows.
Strong skills in documentation, financial analysis, and proposal writing.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-procurement tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ?210,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
