to join our dynamic team at Yudek Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Kolathur, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process and ensuring timely submission of bids
Key Responsibilities:
Identify suitable tenders and bidding opportunities from online portals and government sites.
Study tender documents thoroughly and prepare necessary documents, BOQs, and compliance checklists.
Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, accounts, legal) to gather the required inputs.
Prepare and submit bids in line with technical and commercial requirements.
Track tender results and maintain records of submitted and won bids.
Follow up with clients/government bodies for tender updates and clarifications.
Ensure compliance with all documentation and submission deadlines.
Handle post-tender activities including documentation, clarification, and negotiation support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or Commerce preferred).
1-3 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
Strong understanding of government and private sector tender processes.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
