We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Tender Executive
to manage activities related to Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and tender participation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the GeM portal, including product listing, bid/tender participation, and documentation. Proficiency in
MS Excel
and
MS Word
is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company profile on the
GeM portal
.
Upload and update products/services
on the GeM portal with accurate details.
Search, identify, and participate
in relevant tenders on GeM or other tendering platforms.
Prepare and submit
tender documents
and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and government departments for tender-related queries.
Maintain tender records, bid status, and reports using
Excel and Word
.
Ensure timely submission of bids and follow up on results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of
GeM portal operations
(product listing, bidding, documentation, etc.).
Proficiency in
MS Excel and MS Word
.
Basic understanding of government procurement and tender processes.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in GeM / tender management (preferred).
Freshers with basic GeM knowledge may also apply.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
