Responsible for tender searches, your role is crucial in identifying and securing business opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities to identify potential tenders. Utilize online portals, industry networks, and government databases for reliable information. Implement a structured approach using tender websites, subscription services, and automated alerts. Maintain an organized database of ongoing and upcoming tenders. Build relationships with procurement managers, industry associations, and tender consultants. Attending business events and seminars can provide valuable leads. Carefully review tender documents to understand scope, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements. Ensure compliance with all conditions before proceeding.
