Search, track, and identify relevant government, PSU, and private tenders through portals, newspapers, and other sources.
Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, and prepare summaries for management review.
Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and operations teams for tender-related inputs.
Prepare and compile pre-qualification, technical, and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
Ensure timely submission of online and offline tenders.
Maintain a database of submitted tenders, follow up on tender status, and manage correspondence.
Assist in preparing quotations, cost sheets, and pricing strategies.
Handle pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and communication with clients.
Support in contract documentation after tender award.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and statutory guidelines.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of tendering procedures and government e-procurement portals (GeM, CPP, etc.).
Strong documentation, drafting, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
