Designation : Tender Executive Location : VKI , Jaipur Experience : 2-6 Years Job Type : Full Time

Key Responsibilities: o Daily Browsing of Tenders and Circulation of Tenders. o Having good experience in Government E-Market Place, Driving Sales and business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/ E-Procurement Portal. o Able to manage entire GEM portal activities. o Proposal writing and its submission. o Ensuring Complete tender terms review pertaining to all private / government. o Discuss with the management team to decide upon the opportunities with competitive analysis. o Managing the full bid cycle from start to finish o Preparing and submitting pre-bid queries to the customers o Bid submission & win / loss reviews. Post Bid submission support including preparation of bid presentations. o Attend and actively contributes to all Pre-bid meeting, kick-off strategy, status, follow- up/debrief, and presentation preparation meetings. o Arranging documents as per Tender Requirement and Excellent knowledge in Preparation of Tenders, EOI's & its Procedures o RFQ/BOQ preparation and pricing analysis. o Getting /Procuring Digital Certificates and as well as Registration in tender portals for ONLINE Tenders Participation. o Uploading/Submitting the Documents (General/Technical/Commercial) in the ONLINE Platform and as well as for Physical Submission. o Submit the documents in stipulated time limits. o Preparing the Tender Comparative Statement after Technical and Financial Evaluation o Coordinate with the respective officials till issuance of LOA/LOI/PO.

Qualification & Skills: 1. Having good knowledge of MS OFFICE & Google Sheets 2. Any Graduate 3. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills 4. Good hands-on MS-Office tools, G-Drive 5. Expertise in web browsing and tender reading 6. Able to make documents as per tender requirement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
