Experience: 3-7 years in tendering for mining, road construction, or railway infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Preparation and Submission:
Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings related to mining, road, and railway projects.
Prepare, compile, and submit bids within the deadline.
Coordinate with relevant departments (engineering, finance, legal) for technical and financial inputs.
2. Vendor and Client Coordination:
Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
Address clarifications and pre-bid queries effectively.
3. Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
Collaborate with the cost estimation team to create competitive pricing models.
Ensure compliance with project requirements while staying cost-effective.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
Track upcoming tenders in the mining, road, and railway sectors.
Analyze competitors' strategies and market trends to enhance bid competitiveness.
5. Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all technical and financial documents are accurate and compliant with tender guidelines.
Maintain a database of past tenders, rates, and outcomes for future reference.
6. Post-Tender Activities:
Support negotiations and discussions with clients post-submission.
Assist in contract finalization and ensure smooth handover to the project execution team.
