various roles.
2. CV Screening:
? CVs screening to match candidates with requirements.
? Ensure all necessary qualifications and skills are present for each role.
3. Candidate Calling & Interaction:
? Contact shortlisted candidates for interviews and to gather necessary
information.
? Discuss job opportunities with candidates and answer their queries
related to the tender positions.
4. Negotiation for Tender Purposes:
? Negotiate compensation and terms with candidates, ensuring
alignment with the tender specifications.
? Ensure candidates are aware of the requirements and expectations
related to the tender roles.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
? Maintain accurate records of candidate communication and status.
? Prepare and submit reports on the progress of recruitment for tenders.
6. Collaboration & Teamwork:
? Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet
recruitment deadlines and objectives.
? Provide regular updates to the hiring manager on recruitment progress.
