Job Summary



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Proposal Executive to support our business development efforts by preparing, managing, and submitting competitive bids and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from government, semi-government, and private sector clients. Prepare and compile tender documents, technical proposals, commercial bids, and supporting documentation in line with client requirements. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, legal) to gather inputs and ensure bid compliance. Analyze tender documents, terms, and conditions, and highlight risks, opportunities, and necessary clarifications. Ensure timely submission of tenders and proposals while maintaining accuracy and completeness. Maintain a tender database and track the progress of all active and upcoming bids. Develop relationships with vendors, consultants, and clients to gather market intelligence and support business growth. Assist in negotiations, clarifications, and post-submission communications with clients. Support contract finalization and ensure proper documentation for awarded projects.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1 years of experience in tender preparation, bid management, or proposal writing (preferably in the Advertising, Media, Event, or OOH industry). Must have knowledge and hands-on experience with bidding platforms such as

GEM (Government e-Marketplace)

and other relevant portals. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to interpret tender documents, legal clauses, and commercial terms. Proficient in MS Office and proposal management tools. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously. Strong team coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
