Tender Executive

Job Description

Identify, evaluate, and apply for relevant tenders on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and Non-GeM portals. Prepare and submit tender documents as per guidelines. Coordinate with management and departments for timely submission. Maintain and update tender records, follow-ups, and status reports. Liaise with clients, vendors, and authorities for tender-related matters. Stay updated on tender opportunities and market trends.

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year and maximum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in both GeM and Non-GeM tenders preferred. If not both, Non-GeM tender experience is mandatory Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling). Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
