Job Summary :
Currently PSIPL is looking for an experienced Tender Executive (T.E.) with strong multitasking, interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. This position will report to the Business Development Manager. The T.E. should be a tech-savvy professional who has experience working in the printing / any industry, and has a good network and rapport with the Government Authorities & departments to get business related information (participants, LI, LII & LIII rates). Should have hands on experience of working on GEM portal & other relevant tender portals eg: Tender Tiger, Tender 24x7, etc.
Responsibilities :

• Search relevant tenders related to commercial, security & PVC card printing online on GEM, Tender Tiger, Tender 24x7
• Analyze & check the eligibility criteria for participation
• Prepare the bill of quantity
• Prepare pre-bid queries
• Coordinate with internal departments & clients for the documents required for the tender (Turnover Certificate, Work Completion Certificate, Balance Sheet, etc.)
• Collate documents and prepare the Technical & Financial Bid accordingly
• Raise queries and follow-up for publishing corrigendum / addendum if required
• Plan and execute timely submission of the tender/s (Online / By Courier / Offline / Hand Delivery)?Attend pre-bid meetings

Skills Competencies :

• Negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of individually handling tenders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and statistical analysis.
• Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to in a clear and concise manner.?Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
