Basic understanding of procurement and tendering processes.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing, organizing, and submitting tender documents.
Maintain accurate records of tenders and submission timelines.
Work on government and private e-procurement portals for bid uploads and tracking.
Ensure compliance with bid requirements and documentation standards.
Support in preparing reports, presentations, and related documents.
Follow up on bid status and required documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Technical Skills Required:
MS Word:
Documentation, formatting, and editing.
MS Excel:
Data entry, formatting, and use of basic formulas.
MS PowerPoint:
Creating and formatting basic presentations.
