Job Opening: Tender Executive (Female Office Administrator)

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Female Office Administrator to join our construction company.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience working in an administrative role within a construction company

Hands-on experience with government e-tender filing and documentation

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Comfortable handling office coordination and vendor/client communication

Able to manage online documentation and portals for tenders

Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day office operations

Preparing and submitting government tenders online (GeM, e-Procurement portals, etc.)

Coordinating with clients and internal teams

Maintaining records, filing documents, and updating logs

Supporting project teams with documentation and compliance
