Tender Executive



Responsibilities:



Liasioning with government suppliers / vendors to generate business / create tender opportunities. Managing tender process: From preparing to submitting bids to payment follow ups. Identifying and pursuing tender opportunities. Working with various departments / registered vendors to understand supply needs. Business development especially Institutional Sales. Ensuring the timely delivery of supplies to institutional clients.

Requirements:



Graduate in Commerce/Science/Business Administration; MBA preferred. 2 - 4 years of experience in tender management & institutional sales (preferably in pharma or healthcare). Experience with Government E-Marketplace (GeM) and online e-procurement systems is highly desirable. Excellent Liaisoning & Customer Relationship Skills Strong networking in public & private institutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and online tender portals. Should be comfortable with extensive travel.
