Role Overview:

We are looking for a

GeM Tender Executive

to manage and execute tender processes on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate relevant tenders on GeM and other e-procurement portals Manage the end-to-end bidding process Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for bid preparation Handle e-tendering activities, document submission, and BOQ pricing Attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings and ensure timely submission of EMD/PBG Maintain records, ensure compliance with GeM norms, and support account recovery

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

Graduate with relevant experience in GeM tendering

Experience:

1-2 years

Skills:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination abilities Familiarity with GeM, e-procurement, and government tendering processes (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
