will be responsible for handling all pre-bid and post-bid tender-related activities, document preparation, data management, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Download, review, and compile tender documents from various portals.
Prepare, edit, and merge tender documents using PDF and MS Office tools.
Manage and maintain tender files and records systematically.
Coordinate with project, technical, and accounts teams for document collection and submission.
Assist in preparing BOQs, technical bids, and other tender-related paperwork.
Track tender status, follow up on submissions, and update management on bid progress.
Conduct online searches and gather relevant project and vendor information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Any).
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in tendering or documentation within the construction/infrastructure industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
