Key Responsibilities:



Checking mail & its responses. Shortlisting of tender (from tender portals) & sharing the tender shortlisting sheet with the concerned person for final feedback on which tenders to work on. Handle the further tendering process: Coordinate with internal departments as per tender (eg, LAB, Project, Chemical & APC ) to compile documents & information for accurate tender documentation & submission. Update to Accounts department for EMD & tender fee required for the tender. Update to the Sales department for the Site Visit & concern department for the Technical person visit. Ensure timely tender submission (GeM, e-Procurement portals, etc.) Follow up on tender status as per the filled tender. Maintain a tender calendar for upcoming tenders to be filled and a documentation record for tender ongoing and submitted tenders. Maintaining the received and non-received separate tender sheet. EMD follow-up- if EMD is filled, BG or SD follow-up. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all submitted tenders and proposals.

Required Skills



Strong knowledge of tendering portals (e.g., GeM, eProcurement) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong coordination, documentation, and organizational abilities Knowledge of environmental, engineering, or infra sector tenders preferred

Education



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent Certification in tender management or public procurement (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience



1-4 years of relevant experience in tendering, bidding, or project documentation Experience with government tenders and public procurement processes preferred Freshers with strong research and documentation skills may also be considered
