Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify relevant government tenders through various online platforms (e.g., GeM portal, state government portals). Analyze tender requirements, specifications, and deadlines. Assess the company's capabilities and suitability for each tender Prepare and compile bid submission documents, including technical and financial proposals. Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and regulations. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, finance, operations) to gather necessary information. Analyze tender documents (RFP, RFQ, EOI, BOQ, SOW) to understand eligibility, technical requirements, and bid strategy Submit bids on time and in the correct format. Maintain records of tender submissions and ongoing projects. Track tender notifications, deadlines, and submissions. Follow up with relevant government agencies or officials regarding tender status

Knowledge of Government Procurement Processes:

Familiarity with online tender portals.

Experience:

Previous experience in government tendering and civil field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
