We are looking for a Tender Filling Specialist with 1-3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing and submitting tenders for our product range across various government and private portals such as GeM, Ariba, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
Prepare and compile all documents needed for successful tender filing.
Submit tenders on platforms like GeM, Ariba, and other procurement portals*.

Maintain detailed records of submitted tenders and track their status.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required inputs on time.
Ensure compliance with technical and financial criteria.
Handle clarifications, amendments, and updates during tender stages.
Visit client or authority sites when required for tender-related purposes.
Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experiencein tender preparation and submission.
Knowledge of GeM, Ariba*, and other e-tendering platforms is a must.

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Willingness to work from the office and travel occasionally to client/sites
