Role & responsibilities



Identify and monitor

relevant tender opportunities through various platforms, including

GEM portal, CPP portal, and state-level tender websites

.

- Analyze tender documents

to assess eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.

Prepare and submit

competitive bids, quotations, and tender documents

in compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.

- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, technical, legal) to gather necessary documents and information for tender submissions.


- Track the

status of submitted tenders

, handle clarifications, and manage post-submission communications.



Government Business Development:





- Develop and maintain relationships with

government agencies, institutions, and public sector clients

to enhance Immunoshop's government business presence.

Identify new government business opportunities

and work with sales teams to capitalize on them.


- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align government business strategies with overall company objectives.



GEM Portal Management:





-

Manage the GEM (Government e-Marketplace) portal

, ensuring timely listing, updating, and tracking of Immunoshop's products and services.


- Handle

order processing, documentation, and compliance

related to GEM transactions.


- Stay updated with

GEM policies and guidelines

to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulations.



Documentation & Compliance:





- Ensure

accurate documentation

of all tender-related activities and maintain proper records for audits and internal reviews.


- Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure that all submissions meet statutory requirements.


- Review

contract terms and agreements

to mitigate risks associated with government contracts.



Coordination & Internal Communication:





- Work closely with the

finance team

for bid bond preparations, EMD, PBG submissions, and pricing approvals.


- Coordinate with

supply chain and logistics

for timely order fulfillment of government contracts.


- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding tender progress, wins/losses, and competitor activities
