Job Summary

Avience Biomedicals Limited is looking for an experienced

Tender Executive

to manage end-to-end e-tendering activities in the

Medical IVD sector

. The role requires strong expertise in government procurement portals, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to meet tender participation and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

Review tender enquiries, demand requirements, and prepare accurate proposals. Handle

end-to-end tendering

including bid preparation, submission, and follow-ups. Manage tendering activities on

GeM Portal, CPP Portal (e-Procurement & e-Tendering), and Railway Portal

. Clarify bid terms and conditions and ensure compliance with tender requirements. Coordinate cost estimation, pricing, and BOQ preparation with internal teams. Monitor tender timelines, submissions, and bid status as per customer frameworks. Maintain tender documentation, MIS, and records using agreed systems. Liaise effectively with sales, finance, QA, and logistics teams for tender support. Support continuous improvement and streamlining of tender processes. Assist other departments with tender-related requirements. Work towards achieving assigned

Required Skills & Competencies

Mandatory hands-on experience with

GeM, CPP Portal, and Railway e-Procurement portals

. Proficient in

Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook

, and professional email drafting. Strong

English writing, reading, and speaking skills

. Good analytical, coordination, and deadline-management abilities. Target-driven with attention to detail and compliance.

Qualification

Any Graduate (B.Sc. preferred). Candidates must have relevant experience in a

medical/IVD manufacturing or distribution firm

.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
