B tech/ Diploma/Master Degree

Minimum 2-3 Years' experience in E-Tender, GEM (bidding and price matching), and Tender management.

Proven experience in tender management

Strong understanding of bidding processes and contract management principles.

Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Salary - 20,000-25,000/-

Location - Kochi

Reading Proficiency in English is mandatory. Reading Proficiency in tamil or hindi will be added advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement strategies for tendering processes to maximise success rates and profitability.

Lead the preparation of high-quality bids and proposals in response to tender invitations, ensuring adherence to client requirements, specifications, and deadlines.

Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, legal, finance, and operations, to gather necessary information and resources for bid submissions

Utilize strong follow-up skills to track progress, resolve issues, and meet project deadlines.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members involved in the tender evaluation process.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to tenders, contracts, and procurement activities.
