Key Responsibilities:
1. Portal Identification: Identify relevant public tenders and opportunities on the GEM portal and other government tender platforms.
2.Shortlist suitable tenders based on organizational criteria, eligibility, and feasibility.
3.Maintain accurate records of tender applications, bid submissions, and related documentation.
4. Monitor tender track bid submission deadlines, and maintaining of data and followup.
5. Assist bid preparation teams by providing necessary information and documentation.
Requirements:
1. Experience in managing government tenders, GEM portal, or similar platforms.
2. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
4. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
5. Familiarity with government procurement procedures and regulations.
