The Tender Executive will play a crucial role in managing the tender application process for government contracts. This position involves identifying tender opportunities, coordinating the preparation of submissions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Tender Identification and Analysis:
Research and identify relevant government tender opportunities that align with the company's services and expertise.
Analyze tender documentation to understand requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
2. Documentation Preparation:
Compile and prepare all necessary documentation for tender submissions, ensuring compliance with government protocols.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) and OEMs to gather and verify information required for bid preparation.
3. Coordination and Communication:
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and government agencies regarding tenders, responding to any queries or requests for clarification.
Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the tender process to achieve successful outcomes.
4. Submission Management:
Manage the preparation and timely submission of tender documents, adhering to all deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders and track outcomes for analysis.
5. Post-Tender Review and Analysis:
Conduct post-bid reviews to gather feedback on submitted tenders, analyse successes and areas for improvement, and refine future tender strategies.
Establish and maintain relationships with key government contacts for ongoing and future tender opportunities.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
Check the participated tenders and work towards any clarifications or disqualifications.
Prepare regular reports on tender activities, successful bids, and market trends for management review.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Management or related field
2+ years of tender management experience (government tenders preferred)
Strong understanding of government procurement processes
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Proficient in MS Office and tender portals
Technical product understanding is an added advantage.
