We are seeking a skilled Jr Sales support person for Executing/submitting Tenders through online portals
C. Primary Responsibilities
1. Tender Management:
Monitor and identify relevant government and institutional tenders (e.g., GeM (Government e-Marketplace), IREPS (Indian Railway E-Procurement System), and the e-Tenders Portal (Govt. eProcurement System)).
Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in compliance with deadlines and requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation.
Follow up on post-tender clarifications or requirements.
Maintain records of submitted tenders and report on success rates and competitor activity.
2. Direct Marketing & Sales:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct customer interaction.
Promote company products, particularly focusing on quality, pricing, and reliability.
Provide after-sales support and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
3. Reporting:
Analyze market trends, pricing, and customer feedback to optimize offerings.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide market insights to management.
Track performance against KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.

Desired Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
Desired Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in submission of online tenders for industrial products
2-3 years of experience selling industrial products (Preferred)
