Role Objective:
To manage end-to-end tendering processes, including GeM procurement, bid submissions, vendor registration, documentation, coordination with departments, and ensuring compliance with government procurement norms.

Key Responsibilities:
Register, update, and manage company profile on portals:
GeM Portal
CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal)
State Government e-procurement portals
Search, identify, and shortlist relevant tenders daily based on products and eligibility criteria.
Prepare and submit bids (Technical & Financial) within deadlines.
Create and manage GeM products listing, cataloging, BOQs, and pricing updates.
Documentation handling:
EMD, BG (Bank Guarantee), Performance Guarantee, Affidavits, Undertakings, and Certificates.
Coordinate with departments like:
Purchase, Finance, Legal, Technical, and Production.
Track bid status, clarifications, corrigendum updates, and follow-up with authorities.
Ensure compliance with:
GFR rules, GeM norms, and Public Procurement Act.
Prepare reports, MIS summaries, and dashboards for management.

Skills & Qualifications:
? Graduation (Any stream; preference: B.Com/Business/Admin/Technical background)
? Knowledge of government tender process & e-procurement
? Hands-on experience in GeM portal management (preferred)
? Ability to read tender documents and evaluate eligibility
? Strong MS Excel documentation skills
? Knowledge of GST, PAN, DPIIT exemptions, MSME benefits (added advantage)
