Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage and execute bidding activities for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) projects on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and eTender portals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tender documentation, online bidding, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant submissions

Key Responsibilities:

Identify relevant HVAC tenders on GeM and eTender portals and assess eligibility criteria. Prepare and submit bids in accordance with tender specifications and deadlines. Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to gather required documentation and pricing. Maintain and update tender tracking sheets and bid status reports. Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and portal-specific requirements Liaise with government departments and clients for pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and follow-ups. Monitor tender amendments, corrigenda, and respond accordingly. Handle post-bid activities including documentation, negotiation, and contract finalization. Maintain organized records of submitted tenders, awarded contracts, and correspondence Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in tendering, preferably in HVAC or MEP sectors. Proficiency in GeM and eTender portals is mandatory. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and project requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management Preferred Attributes: Experience in government procurement processes. Familiarity with CPWD, MES, or PSU tendering norms. Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOQs. Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹35,504.95 - ₹41,005.18 per month
