Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage and coordinate tender-related activities for projects and product supply through GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other government e-tendering portals. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end tender processes, documentation, bidding, and follow-ups to ensure timely submission and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Register, manage, and update company profiles on GeM, CPP, and other government e-tender portals.

Search, identify, and shortlist relevant tenders based on company products and project categories.

Prepare and compile all tender documents, including technical and financial bids.

Coordinate with the management and project teams for pricing and documentation approvals.

Upload bids, manage modifications, and ensure timely submission of tenders.

Follow up on bid results and maintain tender status reports.

Handle online correspondence and queries related to tenders.

Maintain records of tender documents, purchase orders, and contracts.

Assist in vendor registration and empanelment processes with government departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field).

1-3 years of experience in GeM / e-Tendering / Government Projects.

Strong understanding of tender procedures, documentation, and compliance.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF) and internet research.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling civil, interior, MEP, or product supply tenders.

Knowledge of government procurement policies and bidding strategies.

Familiarity with portals such as GeM, CPPP, Eprocure, and State Tenders.

Salary Range:

?12-17K per month (based on experience)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
