Identify suitable government and private tenders related to company products (e.g., rice premix, food machinery, engineering solutions).
Coordinate with government departments, PSU officials, and procurement officers for queries, clarifications, and documentation.
Manage complete tender lifecycle: registration, bidding, follow-up, upload, EMD, and post-tender compliance.
Maintain tender portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals) and ensure timely renewal/updates.
Liaise with internal departments (production, accounts, logistics) to gather required supporting documents.
Meet government officers during audits/inspection and handle compliance documentation.
Support sales function by meeting clients, understanding requirements, giving product information, and negotiating basic terms.
Prepare MIS reports on tender status, bid success rate, approvals, and revenue conversion.
Ensure all tender activities comply with company policies and government norms.
Travel as required for client meetings, department visits, and tender follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any field (BBA/B.Com/B.Tech preferred).
1-4 years of experience in tender filing, government sales, or liaisoning roles.
Hands-on experience with GeM, CPP, state e-procurement portals.
Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
Basic negotiation and client-handling ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools).
