Job Description

Managing and identifying relevant medical and surgical equipment tenders on the GEM portal and other government procurement platforms.

Reviewing tender documents to understand scope, requirements, and timelines specific to medical surgical items. Coordinating with internal stakeholders like sales, finance, and legal to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with tender specifications. Maintaining documentation for tender submissions, tracking outcomes, and preparing reports on tender activities. Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare organizations and government entities involved in the tendering process. Handling product listings, bid submissions, order processing, and payment follow-up on the GEM portal. Ensuring compliance with government procurement regulations and managing all processes of e-procurement.
