We are looking for a

Tender Executive

with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in preparing and submitting tenders through various government and private portals. The ideal candidate should have experience with

GEM Portal, CPWD, MES, and Tender Tiger

and be capable of handling the complete tender process independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids/tenders on various online portals (GEM, CPWD, MES, Tender Tiger, etc.) Review of tender documents, scope of work, and eligibility criteria. Coordination with internal departments to collect technical and commercial documents as per tender requirements. Preparation of BOQs related to

Laundry Projects, Railways Laundry Projects, and Laundry Equipment tenders.

Ensure timely submission of tenders before the due date. Maintain records of submitted tenders and results. Understanding of company documentation and compliance as required by tenders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate (any discipline); preference for candidates with relevant experience in tender management. Proficiency in online tender portals (GEM/CPWD/MES/Tender Tiger). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Familiarity with laundry equipment or related project tenders will be an advantage.
