We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage tender documentation, office coordination, and presentation preparation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in
MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit
tender documents
, quotations, and supporting paperwork.
Draft and format official letters, proposals, and company documents in
MS Word
.
Create and maintain
Excel sheets
for tenders, quotations, invoices, and data tracking.
Design and update
PowerPoint presentations
, catalogues, and company profiles.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all office and tender-related documents.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for tender and project follow-ups.
Support management with day-to-day office operations and documentation needs.
Assist in preparing marketing materials and catalogues for product or service presentations.
Handle correspondence and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Arts/Engineering preferred).
Proficiency in
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-- advanced Excel formulas a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of government e-tendering portals is an advantage.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
