Key Responsibilities:

Tender Identification:

Search and identify relevant tenders from government portals, e-procurement sites, and other platforms. Evaluate eligibility criteria and project scope.

Documentation Preparation:

Prepare and submit tender documents, including technical and financial proposals, as per tender guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information, certifications, and approvals.

Compliance and Accuracy:

Ensure all tender documents comply with client specifications and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and deadlines.

Vendor and Client Coordination:

Communicate with OEMs, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather required inputs for bids. Address clarifications and queries related to tender submissions.

Follow-up and Reporting:

Track tender statuses, submission results, and post-tender processes. Prepare periodic reports on tendering activities and success rates.

Market Analysis:

Analyze competitors' bids and market trends to improve future submissions.
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of tender documentation and e-procurement portals. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender management tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously. A knowledgeable graduate having a minimum 1+ year of experience in tender management or related roles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
