Researching and identifying suitable tenders and bid opportunities.
- Preparing and submitting tender documents as per company guidelines.
- Coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information for tenders.
- Maintaining records of tender submissions and tracking their progress.
- Ensuring compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams for documentation and clarifications.
- Handling tender portals and updating documentation as required.
- Assisting in the preparation of pricing and cost estimation for bids.
- Generating daily GEM bid status reports.
- Managing every stage of GEM bid participation from beginning to end.
