Tender Executive - Mechanical Piping Fabrication

Exeperience :

2-5 years of experience in tendering or estimation for piping, heavy fabrication, or mechanical EPC projects.

Position Overview:

The Tender Executive is responsible for managing and preparing tender submissions, quotations, technical proposals, commercial offers, and all related documentation for mechanical piping fabrication projects. The role requires strong coordination with engineering, planning, procurement, and management teams to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Search new tender Study tender documents, specifications, drawings, BOQ, and client requirements. Prepare technical and commercial proposals for mechanical piping fabrication projects. Coordinate with engineering teams for material take-offs, costing, and technical clarifications. Interact with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and technical support. Ensure all documentation and submissions meet client deadlines. Maintain bid submission schedules and track tender statuses. Conduct market research to analyze competition and pricing trends. Prepare cost sheets including materials, labor, equipment, overheads, and margins. Format and prepare tender documents, presentations, and supporting files. Manage pre-bid queries and clarifications with clients or consultants. Maintain proper documentation, records, and tender portals. Assist in negotiations and follow-ups until award of contract.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of mechanical piping fabrication industry. Ability to read engineering drawings and project specifications. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong analytical and costing ability. Good command in MS Office, Excel, email, and tender portals. Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-drive
