Tender Executive
to manage all tender-related activities efficiently.
Job Summary:
The Tender Executive will handle all aspects of government and private tenders, including e-procurement portals, documentation, EMD management, and record-keeping. The role requires attention to detail, timely follow-ups, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage
e-procurement portals
for Rajasthan, Central Government, and other relevant tender sources.
Handle
GEM tenders
and tenders from private clients.
Prepare, verify, and submit tender documents accurately and within deadlines.
Ensure all
EMD, security deposits, and compliance documents
are complete.
Maintain detailed records of all tenders, bids, submissions, and communications.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, pricing, and technical requirements.
Track tender results and follow up with concerned authorities.
Ensure compliance with all government rules and tender guidelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tender management for government and private projects.
Familiarity with
e-procurement portals, GEM portal, and tender documentation
.
Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Knowledge of government procurement rules and procedures is a plus.
