We are looking for a motivated candidate to support government and private tender processes along with sales and lead generation activities. The role includes tender tracking, documentation, online bid submissions, identifying new business opportunities, supporting proposals, and assisting the sales team with client follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Track tenders via GeM and e-procurement portals
Identify potential leads and business opportunities from tender portals and online sources
Assist with eligibility checks, proposals, and pricing coordination
Support online bid submissions and deadline tracking
Coordinate with sales and internal teams for technical and commercial inputs
Maintain records of leads, bids, and submitted tenders
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (IT / Management / Commerce preferred)
Interest in sales, lead generation, and business development
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace)
Good communication skills and follow-up ability
Willingness to learn and work with targets
