Job Summary:

Lubi Electronics is seeking a motivated and result-driven Tender Executive - Drafting (Solar EPC Business). The role involves drafting, compiling, formatting, and uploading tender-related documents for Solar EPC government and private tenders, ensuring 100% compliance with all bid requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Draft and compile technical bid documents, including:

Company profile

Project experience

Methodology and scope write-ups

Clause-wise compliance statements

2. Compile and format eligibility and credential documents, such as:

Turnover certificates

Work completion certificates

MNRE / OEM / ISO / IEC / BIS certifications

3. Prepare commercial annexures, declarations, undertakings, and bid forms, with cross-verification from the Finance team.

4. Support document conversion, file naming, and accurate uploading on:

GeM Portal

CPPP Portal

State e-Tender Portals

5. Draft responses to corrigenda and bid clarifications within stipulated timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong drafting and documentation skills

Attention to detail and compliance-oriented approach

Familiarity with government and private tendering processes

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Education Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
