We are hiring a Senior Tender Executive responsible for managing the complete tendering process, ensuring accurate documentation, and handling GeM portal activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Identify relevant tenders from government and private portals.
Review tender eligibility, scope, and requirements.
Prepare and compile technical and financial bids.
Manage GeM Portal activities: bidding, catalog updates, order handling, and compliance.
Ensure all documents are accurate, updated, and meet tender specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, management) for required inputs.
Track tender deadlines, amendments, clarifications, and submission schedules.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and tender trackers.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and authorities for tender-related queries.
Ensure timely renewal of certificates and registrations needed for bidding.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in tendering or bid management.
Strong knowledge of GeM Portal operations.
Excellent documentation, drafting, and MS Office skills.
Ability to analyze tender documents and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
Experience with other e-procurement portals is an added advantage.
